How Does It Work?

Request & schedule a pickup time.
Personalize your laundry with options like hypoallergenic detergents, laundry additives, machine drying, air drying, hanging items on hangers, and more.
Folded Fresh LLC will pick up your laundry order and provide a receipt.
An optional laundry weight is taken to estimate the final cost.
Your laundry is sorted into lights & darks.
Any noticeable stain will be pre-treated.
Laundry with pre-existing stains/damage will be uploaded to a shared, private folder to document the condition of your laundry before it is processed.
Your laundry will be washed, dried, and folded.
After the laundry has been fully processed and neatly folded, it will be placed into clear bags.
The bags of laundry will be weighed, and that weight will be used to determine the final cost.
An invoice will be emailed.
Your fresh, clean laundry will be delivered.
Payment is due at delivery and can be made in cash at pickup or by credit card through our Square payment portal.

Price:
$40 Minimum Order

Standard Service (Next Day): $1.00 per pound
Express Service (Same Day): $2.00 per pound (60-pound maximum applies; not available on weekends)
Weekend Service Rate (Saturday pickup or delivery): $2.00 per pound

Additional Services:

Hangers: $0.35 each
Ironing: $10 each for shirts, pants, & pillowcases, and $25 each for bed linens
Bulky/oversized items: $25 for comforters & pillows; $10 for coats
Enzyme treatment (urine removal): $15

PLEASE NOTE:
A minimum order of $40 is required for wash-and-fold service to include free pickup/delivery. Add-on services count toward the $40 minimum.For reference, a 13-gallon trash bag can hold 15 to 20 pounds worth of laundry. If you need help estimating the cost of your order, please reach out at:

Our family stays active with card games, movie nights, swimming, and sports. With a house this busy, you’d think I’d be tired of laundry—but I actually enjoy it! It’s relaxing for me.While laundry stresses a lot of people out, I love helping others. A few years ago, I worked for a large laundry company and learned how to deliver excellent results. Prohibited Items

Folded Fresh loves doing laundry!But even we have our limits!

The following items are considered unsuitable for laundry services; therefore, they are prohibited:

Hazardous materials
Items saturated with non-water liquids that may damage other items
Items that may bleed/stain
Shoes
Mop heads
Excessively oily rags or fabrics
Items contaminated with fecal matter
Items containing excessive blood or bodily fluids
Orders with excessive pet hair
Items infested with pests (including, but not limited to, bed bugs, lice, cockroaches, fleas, or other insects)

When will my laundry be done?

Standard Service is delivered the next business day by 8:00 PM. (80-pound max per business day)Express Service is delivered by 8:00 PM the same business day your order is picked up; however, it must be picked up by 10:00 AM.Express Service is not available on weekends. (60-pound max)When Air-dry Service (free add-on option) is requested for any items, your order will typically be delivered by 8:00 PM on the second business day after pickup.In some instances, orders with air-dry items can be delivered the next business day after pickup.PLEASE NOTE about Friday pickup turnaround times:
Same day (Express Service rate applies)
Monday (Standard Service rate applies)
Tuesday due to Air-dry add-on (Standard Service rate applies)

What if I live beyond the 15 miles?

Please reach out. We may be able to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Will you wash in a water temperature other than cold?

Special requests can be made.

Do you offer detergent options beyond what is listed? Can I provide my own detergent?

At this time, what is listed on the request form is what is available. We are considering offering a luxury detergent for an additional fee, but it is not yet available. You are always welcome to provide your own detergent.

Can you deliver my order before 8:00 PM?

Most orders are delivered before 8:00 PM. Folded Fresh always strives to be as expedient as possible. We keep you updated via text throughout the entire process.

Do you ever pickup or deliver on weekends?

Yes, we offer Saturday pickup and delivery at the Weekend Service Rate of $2 per pound, subject to availability and our schedule.Please note that we do not provide Express Service on weekends.If you require Saturday delivery on a Friday pickup, the Weekend Service Rate of $2 per pound will apply.Saturday pickups without Air-dry Service are delivered the following Monday. Saturday pickups with Air-dry Service are typically delivered the following Tuesday, though a Monday delivery is possible.We do not offer pickup or delivery on Sundays.

Can you deliver my air-dried items the next day?

Sometimes, it depends on the items and the day the order was picked up. Our policy is to air-dry items for two business days to ensure complete moisture removal.

What does a minimum $40 order mean?

It means you can send in a very small amount of laundry (under 40 pounds), but you will still be charged a $40 minimum for the service.Add-ons like ironing, enzyme treatment, etc., count toward your $40 minimum.

Do you make exceptions for prohibited items?

Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions. The list of prohibited items helps ensure the safety of the launderer and prevents damage to machines.

Do you offer a hand wash service?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Do you pre-treat all the stains on my clothes?

We pre-treat all stains we find while sorting the clothes. Unfortunately, we can't catch every stain, and there is no guarantee that pre-treated stains will come out.

Can I pay with a check, Venmo, CashApp, or another payment option?

We do not accept personal checks. Special requests for other alternative forms of payment can be made, but we're not always able to accept them. We do accept cash and credit cards processed through our Square payment portal.

Do you offer a laundry subscription service?

We are currently developing a subscription service.

Do you have a loyalty program?

We are currently developing a loyalty program.

Can I purchase reusable laundry bags from you?

We hope to offer this option in the near future.

Do you offer an environmentally friendly alternative to the clear plastic bags my laundry is delivered in?
